Call for Entries for a Juried Art Show: As part of the Crab and Wine Festival, Art Center Ukiah will open its new gallery inside 201 S. State Street with a juried art show, "Fruits of the Sea," a tribute to the crab and fishing industries of the Mendocino Coast. Artists may enter painting, photography, fiber arts, mosaic, sculpture, with themes involving the ocean, the fruits of the sea, fishing boats and Mendocino Coast harbors. There will be two receptions planned, our usual First Friday, Jan. 6, and our celebration of the Crab and Wine Festival, Jan. 20. Artists are cordially invited to attend both events and meet our enthusiastic public. Entry fee $25 for each work submitted, ready to exhibit.
