Mumbai, Maharashtra - The 2nd edition of Industrial Green Chemistry World (IGCW) -2011, the world's first and largest Industrial convention focused on Green Chemistry, will be held from 4-6 December 2011 at Intercontinental- The Lalit, Mumbai. The convention will showcase technologies and products in the chemical Industry that can expand the implementation and commercialization of Green Chemistry and Green Engineering. The three day convention consists of Symposium (IGCW Sympo), Exhibitions (IGCW Expo), Seminars (180O Seminar Series) and an award ceremony (IGCW Awards).

IGCW in Partnership with Cool Earth is taking this unique and first of kind initiative on sustainability for events endeavoring to spread the awareness on climate change and the need to do carbon management for the delegates and participating companies. IGCW will be using this year's carbon footprint as a base line and offer to do offsets for the future events of this nature.

Cool Earth is a Knowledge based company started by experienced postgraduates of Carbon Management from UK. In their team they have experienced people, who have worked in Industry and across domains like carbon management, energy efficiency, CSR, carbon and energy analytics, sustainable events management and help companies and events measure, report and manage their carbon and water footprints.
