Can I diet 5 days a week and take the weekends off and still lose weight?
Question: Is this healthy to do so? I go the gym Mon-Fri... a least burning 800-900 calories a workout. I also am on a restrictive calorie diet of 1500 cal/day. I started my diet on the 10th of June.. its been about 2 weeks already, and I am already down 5 pounds! Is it ok to splurge on
Answer: with as much as you're doing, you should be fine. I would still avoid alcohol and sugars in large quantities, but eating about 2000-2200 calories on the weekend isn't going to KILL you. Try to balance 2 healthy meals a day with one splurge. Like, if you know you are gonna have
