Question: Okay so the Jillian Michaels DVD 30 day shred promises to help you shed up to 20 pounds in 30 days but I was just wondering what kind of diet I should do along with it.

Answer: Firstly I'd like to say that almost everything Jillian Michaels has put out on the markets has been taken to court for causing really bad health effects, and I'd really suggest you don't use her products.
